Bremer Bank has contributed $750,000 to the North Dakota Housing Incentive Fund (HIF), supporting projects that will provide affordable housing for the state’s workforce, homeless individuals and families, and households age 55 and older.

More than $2.6 million in federal tax credits are available to support the development of multifamily housing for low income households in the state.

Jack Dalrymple and North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) Acting Executive Director Jolene Kline with a $3 million North Dakota Housing Incentive Fund (HIF) contribution today. HIF provides low-cost financing to develop multifamily housing for essential service workers and low- to moderate-income households.
